We had a great stay! Best aspects were the cleanliness, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient location for the coming down from the mountains event. The hotel facilities and quiet rooms were nice.

We selected this place for its rooftop terrace, which provided a great starting point for our trip, conveniently located just 19 miles from the airport, and we had no issues during our stay.

nice design. we really enjoyed the fact that we chose herold. free parking onsite was provided. hardly a 15-minute walk from kunsthaus koflach, which was suitable for us.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of size and cleanliness. the breakfast served was delicious and there were several options to choose from. the hotel's location was perfect for our Christmas holiday as it was located close to the main attractions and restaurants.
There was no free wifi which was a big inconvenience for us. we had requested for a late check-in but upon arrival, we found that the reception was closed and the gentleman on the phone was unhelpful.

Located near the annual Lippizanner Horse parade route and close to a lovely church, this hotel is ideal for those interested in these events. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and modern bathrooms. the breakfast is simple but satisfying. the hotel has a couple of rooftop terraces with good Wi, Fi signals. Parking on, site is free.
The hotel does not offer free Wi, Fi, which can be inconvenient who need to stay connected to the internet.

During Easter, I stayed at a hotel in a location perfect for watching the annual descending of Lippizanner horses from the mountains to the church just a few blocks away. The hotel offered a clean and spacious room with free rooftop terraces for relaxation. I enjoyed the excellent quality of food at the hotel's restaurant at a great price.
There was no free Wi-Fi available at the hotel which was a downside. the lack of proper regard for advance check-in scheduling left me feeling unwelcome and stressed upon arrival.
